Unit 10

What areas do you feel still need improvement in regards to writing?
This class has been really interesting with many writing techniques introduced that I had never heard of before. I still struggle with time management skills which make it difficult for me to produce the kind of research paper that I would like to. Life is a struggle as a mom of 3 and lack of support for my schooling. I am learning to be more assertive in want I want for me and my kids now and in my future and would hope that most women would not wait as long as I have to reach for their goals.

I tend to short myself on the research areas that would truly make for a great paper!

Unit 9-!!!!!!

With your paper done or almost done, how do you feel ?

How do I feel!? I am so busy with everything in my life that it is so hard to fit it all in!!! Add to the mix a custody battle and I feel absolutely stressed! The only thing that helps me is knowing that it is not in my control! Thank God for that literally! I believe that God doesn't give me anything that I cant handle so I must be able to handle all of this! I will get my paper in by friday if it kills me!!! I hope everybody enjoyed this course and I hope to see you in the threads in other classes! Thanks all!

Unit 8-Do you plan to continue your blog even after the course?

I have really enjoyed blogging when I get the chance but it seems it is easier for me when I am required to do so! My life is so hectic with my 3 kids, full-time work, online schooling, and singing in a band I have little time for anything else really! I do believe it is great therapy and I will try to keep my blog going but life gets in the way for me most of the time. Maybe blogging about things that concern me most would be therapeutic but I am concerned at times who would read it because some things are better left private. We all need an outlet or a venting place and people tend to get tired of hearing you when you face the same difficulties day after day! I hope to continue to use this blog to help me vent or just banter about trivial things in the future!

Is there anything that you have found shocking or intriguing in the process or your research?

This process has been easy at times and very difficult in others as I am going through some very serious court stuff with my children and it has been very hard to focus! I hope my cohorts will forgive me! The techniques have been very helpful and quite intriguing! I really like the bubbling technique as I had never heard of it before and I am quite accustom to outlining and brainstorming! Everyone here has been very helpful and I hope to be able to get through this course with a good grade! I have to admit the class has been more interesting than I thought it was! I haven't had a writing course in a long time and it seems I have forgotten some things so it was a great refresher for sure!
